Lean Manufacturing system is in place since the establishment of the facility. The system can be described as a system to eliminate the waste systematically and provide continuous workflow. The aim of the system is to achieve highest quality with lowest cost and shortest time.

Erateks HQ Istanbul facility based on 3100 m² net area which includes operation of design, sampling, development, cutting, embroidering and printing.
Erateks is specialized on cotton, polyester, blends and manufactures all sorts of Sportswear, including team sports, sports performance and casual wear products with high quality standards. Furthermore, Erateks provide high standard fabrics such as; BCI, Organic Cotton, Giza Cotton, Cotton, Recycled Polyester, Drirelease, Tencel, Meryl, Modal, Engineered Yarn Dyed, Sublimated Print and Allover Printed fabric …etc.
Proper management systems are in place since the establishment of Erateks. However, Erateks applied to implement all internationally recognized certifications in each facility by prioritizing ISO certifications.

Erateks main production facility is based on a 6.125 m² net area in an Industrial Park at Fatsa/Ordu (North-East part of Turkey). This facility has 10 different production lines which are oriented and specialized on team sports, sports performance,casual wear and also fashion wear.
Lean Manufacturing system is in place since the establishment of the facility. The system can shortly be described as a system to eliminate the waste systematically and provide continuous work flow. In other words; to focus on minimizing waste within manufacturing systems while simultaneously maximizing productivity. Lean uses trainings, methods, development, simplifying job, new equipment, etc. in order to realize this purpose. The aim of the system is to achieve highest quality with lowest cost and shortest time.
