At Erateks, our recruitment process is conducted in accordance with our competency-based model, the Turkish Labor Code, and relevant ILO Conventions. We carefully evaluate candidates’ alignment with our corporate culture, the requirements of the position, and their knowledge and skills through structured interviews conducted by our Human Resources team and relevant department managers. For production-related roles, we also include functional and technical assessments.
