For a More Inclusive Culture Together

As Erateks, we are a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). This commitment represents not merely a declaration, but a corporate pledge supported by concrete actions in the areas of equality, fair representation, and an inclusive working environment.

In line with this commitment, we conducted our Gender Equality Trainings at our Istanbul Office and Fatsa Factory in collaboration with Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University and Sabancı University.

Through this initiative, carried out within the scope of our Diversity and Inclusion program, we aimed to:

* Make unconscious biases in professional life more visible,
* Develop a more inclusive and conscious communication approach,
* Strengthen an equality perspective in decision-making and team collaboration processes.

We approach gender equality not merely as a human resources practice, but as one of the fundamental pillars of our corporate culture and sustainability strategy.

Our equality-focused transformation journey will continue through training, awareness-building, and structural improvement steps.
