At Erateks, we continue to strengthen our culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. As part of our Operations Excellence & Engineering initiatives, we have launched our 6S System Training Program at our Fatsa factory.
The program included a theoretical 6S session followed by a hands-on Lego Simulation Workshop, reinforcing teamwork, efficiency, standardization, and quality awareness through practical application.
With this system, we continue to build safer, more efficient, and future-ready production environments across our operations.
